Jessica Davila wears many hats at Precision Brows: founder, owner, head artist, lead educator, and accomplished permanent makeup artist. Her life and journey are more than meets the eye (or brows).

Before entering the world of permanent makeup Modesto CA, Jessica had careers in the military and as a surgical assistant specializing in orthopedic & plastic surgery. Her 15 years in the operating room were preceded by earning her Bachelor’s in Health Science. She loves science and understanding the human body, which informs her approach as a professional brow artist and cosmetic tattoo artist.

Jessica discovered microblades eyebrows and eyebrow threading Modesto after having her own brows microbladed in 2015, combining her passion for art and science into a fulfilling career. Her strong desire for learning and perfection has led her to complete extensive training in permanent makeup across the US and Europe under elite artists such as Lindsey Ta (Microblading LA), Sviatoslav Otchenash, Kristina Melnicenco, Nataliya Yeremenko, Rusen Donmez, Mary Ritcherson, and Linnie Phan.
