Precision Brows Policies

1. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to be rescheduled and booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.

2. A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Booking fees are applied to total procedure fee. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY AND ALL REASONS. Any reschedules must have a 7 day advanced notice for booking fee to transfer to a future appointment.

3. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Reschedules of less than 7 days will incur a rescheduling fee of $100. Prepayment of total appointment cost will be required.

4. No shows will be charged the full amount of scheduled service.

5. If you arrive to your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, your appointment will be canceled and an additional booking fee will be required to reschedule.

6. Tattooing of minors is prohibited.

7. Minors will not be allowed in the studio. This is not an environment for children. Please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. If you come to your appointment with children, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee will be forfeited.

8. If your artist feels that you’re unsure or indecisive about tattoo, she has the right to refuse to offer her work.

9. If you have had previous permanent makeup in the requested procedure area, you MUST obtain consent from an artist in our studio prior to scheduling for any procedure. Please begin with a consultation. If you arrive to your appointment with previous work and no consent from our studio your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.

10. Due to California law and the health and safety of all clients, animals are prohibited in the treatment room.
